Q. What is GameX?

GameX is an online games portal open to Smart, Sun, and Talk N' Text Subscribers.
Q. What device should I use to access GameX?
A.
You can use your PC, mobile phone or tablet device. These devices must be connected to the internet.
Q. How to register to Gamex?
A.
There is no registration needed, but you have to input your mobile number for purchase validation.
Q. What are ePINs?
A.
ePINs are the virtual currency in the gaming world. For example, Garena shells may  be used to purchase rewarding products and services, as well as in-game items. 
Q. How do I buy?
A. Choose a game and your preferred denomination. Click buy and enter your mobile number on the website. You will receive a verification code in your SMS inbox, which you will enter on the website
Q. What do I do with the verification code?
A.
You are given 3 minutes to input the Verification Code on the website. After 3 minutes, the code will expire. You can request for a new verification code if it is not sent to you within 3 minutes.. Verification Code requests are FREE of Charge.
 
Q. Who can buy ePINs from GameX?
A.
SMART Prepaid, SMART Postpaid, SMART Bro, Talk N Text, Sun Prepaid and Sun Postpaid users can buy ePINs from GameX.
Q. How many ePINs can I add to my transaction?
A.

 1 ePIN for every transaction/ at a time. 
Q. How soon will I receive the ePINs I bought?
A.

The ePINs will be displayed on your device screen/monitor as soon as you confirm the PIN purchase. 
Q. What will I do if I didn’t receive the ePINS right away?
A.

You may contact the customer service support hotline. 
Q. Where can I see my ePINs if I closed the success confirmation page right away?
A.
To see all the ePINs you have bought, just go to My Purchases. You will be asked
to authenticate your mobile number first before the ePINs are displayed.
Q. Is access to GameX free-of-charge for SMART, TNT and Sun users?
A.
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet with a SMART, Talk N Text or Sun SIM,
mobile data access to GameX is free-of-charge.
Q. When will my mobile load be deducted?
A.
Your mobile load will be deducted upon purchase.
Q. When will my postpaid line be charged?
A.
Your ePIN purchases will be reflected in the nearest succeeding billing cycle.
Q. How to purchase when I'm out of the country?
A. No. GameX is currently unavailable for purchases outside the country.
Q. I was charged, but the transaction was unsuccessful. What do I do?
A.
If you did not receive the code, please contact our customer service support hotline immediately.
Q. How to refund after a successful transaction?
A.
ePINs are non-refundable.
Q. My game epins are not working, what should i do?
A.
For any product concerns related to ePINS, you may contact the game publisher.
Or you may call our customer service support hotline. 
Q. My transaction was successful, but I did not receive the ePIN. What do I do?
A.
If you receive the confirmation message that your account has been deducted,
but didn't receive ePIN, please call our customer service support hotline.
